My first injector finally broke. After reading the reviews and features of several injectors, I finally settled on the Ofargo. When I got it, I was really amazed at what I got...a very solid injector, three extremely well-made and solid needles (one 6" open tip, one 6" solid tip with side holes and one 3" small needle with one opening just back from the tip) that will handle all your injection needs. In addition, there are two cleaning brushes and a marinade brush, all in a very solid cardbord box with a foam insert. I would recommend this set to anyone without reservation.
This is a quality kitchen tool, hands down! Multiple needles endure the right size for whatever you are marinating with. Would but again, but this will last a lifetine, I think, if cared for properly.
I had never used a meat injector, and I was kinda hesitant to take the plunge! I used it to inject seasoned butter into a large chicken, then I deep fried the whole bird. Butterball has this amazing turkey deep fryer and it works great for a chicken. The injector worked like a charm, and the bird was absolutely delicious. Spoiler - there really are no instructions included, but the seller provides a really good e-book that explains everything. Highly recommended!
This looks great. It all feels very solidly built. Everything moves smoothly and fits snug. They even provide extra o-rings to be sure you get years of use out of it. I'm very impressed. It showed up quickly and is better than I expected.
