Your product is typically shipped out to you within 1-2 days. Depending how close you are to our warehouses, delivery time is between 3-7 business days.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped, however there is an administration fee of up to $50.  Once the packaging and shipping processes have started it can no longer be cancelled. 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore you may request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
(1) you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (15 business days, not including 2-5 days processing)
(2) you received the wrong item

We do not offer refunds if:
(1) your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., wrong shipping address)
(2) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs; delayed by a natural disaster)

At this time we ship only to the continental United States; we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
